• Providing inexpensive fully serviced industrial land at below market-related prices
• Assistance with the erection of factories and warehouses, including additions to existing buildings
• Internal roads, sidings and storm drainage can be provided on a subsidised interest basis or in exceptional merit, costs incurred can be borne by the Council as an incentive.
• Landscaping, including the planting of trees and lawns will be provided at cost price
• Building valuations, inspections and approval of building plans at a minimal fee.

Municipal Services

• The connection of water and single-phase electricity at a minimal fee. The connection of multi-phase electricity and the erection of electrical sub-stations can be financed by a low-interest loan
• Water and electricity can be subsidised up to cost price
• Sewerage levies and refuse removal are based on the lowest rates
