Following the Free State Provincial Government’s successful outward investment and trade mission to the People’s Republic of China, the Maluti-a-Phofung Special Economic Zone (MAPSEZ) and Free State Development Corporation (FDC) are moving swiftly to capitalize on strategic economic opportunities. The mission, led by Premier MaQueen LetsohaMathae, focused heavily on positioning the Free State as a competitive global trade gateway, with a specific emphasis on industrialisation, manufacturing, and job creation.
